By accessing or using Penwork at penwork.tech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Penwork is a free, browser-based tool that converts typed or AI-generated text into handwritten-style notebook pages and exports them as PDF documents. The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability.

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.
Your content: You retain full ownership of any text you enter into Penwork. We make no claim over your input or the PDFs you generate.
Our service: The Penwork name, logo, code, fonts (excluding Google Fonts), and design are owned by Penwork and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Fonts: Handwriting fonts used in Penwork are licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL) or equivalent open licenses. PDFs generated using these fonts may be used freely, including commercially.
Penwork is supported by advertising via Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. Ad blockers may affect the functionality of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated PDFs will meet any particular quality standard.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Penwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed USD $0, as the Service is provided free of charge.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the operator is located.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
